    need? put all computers in the same workgroup,

    if difference "workgroup" name, can share? or windows limited?

    example:
    router1 = a,b,c (wgrp_A)
    router2 = p,q,r (wgrp_B)
    router3 = x,y,z (wgrp_C)

    now, how to "a,b,c, p,q,r, x,y,z" computers can link -share?

    If you put your computers behind different routers, you can't share files/printers [strictly speaking you can but its a big security hole].

    Why do you wqant to use more than one router ?

    this is not in my home, is my small office.

    I no idea how to share difference "workgroup" name

    router1 = a,b,c (wgrp_A)
    router2 = p,q,r (wgrp_B)
    router3 = x,y,z (wgrp_C)

    now, how to "a,b,c, p,q,r, x,y,z" computers can link -share?

    if I known (someone computer username/password), is same security hole?

    what is "subnet ", "domain ", "wins ", "NetBIOS Name Resolving" ?
    that keyword can help me share difference files/printer?

    BINGO, is 3 differents ISPs.

    accounts dept, router1 = a,b,c (wgrp_A)
    design dept, router2 = p,q,r (wgrp_B)
    sales dept, router3 = x,y,z (wgrp_C)

    3 depts need single ISP. connecting.

    boss ask me, can share 3 depts "printers" and share "a ", "p ", "x" files/ computer.?

    You could but its a lengthy & covulated procedure.

    You have to connect the LAN side of the output of the routers to each other & manually give the IP addresses of each of the PCs with different gateways. The LAN side of the routers & your computers must share a common private IP series like 192.168.0.xx or 192.168.1.xx.

    now setting: or you can known, this is automatic setting?
    was manual changed to:

    router1
    192.168.10.1 (a)
    192.168.10.2 (b)
    192.168.10.3 (c)
    192.168.10.4 (prnA)

    router2
    192.168.20.1 (p)
    192.168.20.2 (q)
    192.168.20.3 (r)
    192.168.20.4 (prnB)

    router3
    192.168.30.1 (x)
    192.168.30.2 (y)
    192.168.30.3 (z)
    192.168.30.4 (prnC)

    right? what next step?
    I need everybody access/share (10.1=a, 20.1=p, 30.1=x and 10.4=prnA, 20.4=prnB, 30.4=prnC )

    Nope.

    Every computer/router must be in the same IP space ie. 192.168.0.xx or 192.168.1.xx with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 [class C]. You can't have some computers in 192.168.10.x & some in 192.168.20.x [if you want it that way, your subnet mask becomes 255.255.0.0 which is class B network. For such a small network, you don't want to use class B subnetting]. The gateway on each workgroup computer would be the IP address of the router through which its connected to internet.

    Now you have to join your routers [LAN side only]. I presume you have 4 ports in each of your routers, 3 of which are used. You have to get a switch - a 8 port would do & connect each router to the switch. This would cover the hardware part.

    Oops. I missed the printer. You can take out the printers from router & plug them into switch.
