Does anyone know if there is a board for Hp software like this one? Believe it or not, I have more problems with HP stuff than I do with Windows! and when I try to figure out my problems using their support site, I usually end up messing my system up and taking a week to fix it.:(:mad:DPI.

Thank you very much. I have been there once but couldn't find it after that. Don't know what I was doing wrong but... I was only looking for another forum because I didn't want to be a pest over here. Thx again DPI.

okie dokie! The only problem is I tried that link and followed Hp's instructions to the tee. When it tried to setup my printer, it found it then l.ost it and then gave me a message that I could "cancel" "retry" or "OK" to finnish. Well I tried cancle and errtry to no effect so this time I thought why not try OK so, it went on to the next step. This is where things got real funny it ask me to insert my CD(Idon't have it). So... I hit OK again and got the same merssage. By this time I was getting really mad at Hp so I took it out on the machine and hit OK again. Me and the machine argued back and forth for about 10 times and I guess it gave up because all of a sudden, I got the Hp Solutions Center asking if I wanted to scan a picture or a document. I scanned my documents and it's been working fine ever since.:D:D:D:D DPI.

P.S. thanks again for the help!!! D
