My SpyBot check often shows I need to remove cookies from these:

MediaPlex: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Administrator) (Cookie, fixed)

BlueStreak: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Administrator) (Cookie, fixed)

DoubleClick: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Administrator) (Cookie, fixed)

MediaPlex: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Administrator) (Cookie, fixed)

Right Media: Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Administrator) (Cookie, fixed)

Is there a way to block these specific cookies.? I can't seem to find an option to do this.

    Thanks.

    Andy

Tools > Options > Privacy > Advanced button > Override automatic cookie handling > Accept First party cookies & block 3rd party cookies.

    Thanks Tony. I'll try that.

I was hoping to use iE's option to enter the IP address of the cookie that you want screened. SB only reports the cookie name (ie: BlueStreak, etc), what I need is the IP that delivered it.

Anyway I did find out about doubleclick. This snoop was bought recently by Google. You figure.

To block cookies using IP addresses you must add the IP address to the Restricted Sites Zone. Internet Options > Secirity Tab > Restricted sites. Spybot should have already added a long list of domains and IP addresses. You can manually add them too.
