I was playing World of Warcraft and after my raid I landed in dalaran and went afk. I returned shortly after smoking a cigarette and my computer had restarted. After checking the system log this is the information I have:

I don't have a dump file for some reason, and I missed the actual blue screen because I didn't have a chance to disable automatic restarting before the crash. The recovery options for my system were set to write a kernal memory dump called MEMORY.DMP in the windows directory (I'm assuming) but there is no such file anywhere on my computer. Before the crash the only other problem I had encountered was a hard lockup when I alt-tabbed back into WoW. This occurred around 3am on 3/4/2010.

This is what the WoW forums say about crashes and lockups:
I built my pc just over a year ago and I never had a single problem until I recently RMA'd my graphics card because it was a POS. Along with the new graphics card I purchased a retail copy of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit because I was previously running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit RC build 7100 (and before that I was running Vista Home Premium 64-bit). I didn't know before I upgraded to the beta that a clean installation of windows is required upon purchasing the retail version of 7 otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it. So, upon receiving my new 295 I reformatted my primary hdd and performed a clean install of windows. When I first began to reinstall my games and programs I didn't install any drivers (other than the january 19 nvidia graphics driver) because I forgot and everything was working fine without doing so. Sure enough my system crashed: so I thought to myself, "hey, I should probably install all the drivers." The driver cd that came with my mobo didn't work on 7 so I went to the asus website and downloaded all the newest drivers, including the latest bios. I installed everything from the website except for the raid controller driver (because I'm not using a raid config) and reflashed my bios.

Now we are at the point where my system locked up on 3/4. After I read the wow forums I ran windows update and there was a network driver update for my mobo, so I installed that and a few other optional updates. This leads up to tonight's stop error. After the BSOD I read the blue screen suggestions on their forums and decided to uninstall all my gfx drivers/nvidia physx. After uninstalling the drivers i restarted in safe mode and ran driver sweeper as always. Then, I downloaded a fresh installer from nvidia's website and reinstalled them. After doing so I checked my device manager for conflicts and noticed that the non-existent raid driver was showing up as a conflict so I installed that guy. Finally, I ran a 2 pass standard windows memory diagnostic which came up with no errors.

Currently I have no conflicts in my device manager and all drivers are up to date. Is there any useful information from the system log entry that i posted above that can be used to diagnose the problem without a dump file?

I changed the settings for startup and recovery so that my pc won't automatically restart next time there's a crash and I also changed the debugging info setting to create a small memory dump (in windows\minidump) instead of a kernal memory dump. Hopefully I won't get another one, but if I do, at least I will have more information for you guys.

I'm really great with computers: I have built multiple PCs and reformatted them countless times. I have never had issues like this though and I'm out of ideas if everything I've done doesn't solve the problem. Normally if I get a blue screen I look at the error and do some research or go off intuition and fix the issue. I've never actually had to look at the system log or the memory dump nor have I ever tried to.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,
    Joseph

You should read it when you get a sec, it will explain everything and it took awhile to type lol. The answers to your questions are yes, yes (I have been able to play the whole time), and no (it was never chronic). But I don't know if I fixed the issue (3 blue screens and a hard lockup since I did a clean install) yet, nor do I know what was causing it xD. That's what I was trying to figure out.

This is the description of the above recorded error:
