How much total hard disk space does your computer have?

120 Gb I don't store anything on my hard drive it all goes to my raid setup and /or a 320 Gb portable drive. As I do a lot of photos I would rather have the storage away from PC or laptop.

 

Internal 750GB
External 750GB (Only used for backups)

Perhaps it was intentional, there must be some ZX80 users still around

 

160 GB internal, but actually double as I have a Raid configuration.

5 External drives - not always connected - used for backups
I did not buy all of these but saved drives from old PC's , mine and those of our children), and put in external USB hard drive enclosures which I found online for very low price.
Purchased ones - 500 GB and 300 GB
From Old PC's - 20GB, and 2 others about 100 GB.

 

complicated:
1.at work 40 GB local (usage 24 hours per week_ 3 days by 8 hours) . Plus server storage 30Gb used. Limit unknown!
2. at home main desktop 80GB plus 120GB usable on a 160 GB HD due BIOS limitation.
3. at home laptop 60 GB
3. Back up external HD ( 500GB) for home machines

Hi I am new to the forum. My name is Bobbi and I would like to add my 2 cents here.

My laptop has 120 Gig internal and passport 320 gig external hard drive and several smaller flash drives and a maxtor 60 gig external and a desktop with 120 gig. I use the laptop mostly and add the passport to it for extra storage iif needed and for backup.

I am in the long process of reformating and reinstalling windows vista on my son's laptop and it is not going smoothly.

Most of it is empty - just can't forget space saving dating back to the old 20M drives..... Hard to believe 20Meg WITH an OS and lots of programs.... Times change!!

 

894 GB, I think I worked it out to be (formatted/actual capacity, theoretically, I have 960 GB)

 

this is my second computer so far this year in 2010 but its an XP with only about 40gb with to hard drives... and i have an 8gb flash drive to... but my old computer that has about 100gb with 2 hard drives has not been working at all...

 

80 GB (internal) for me.
