Have you tried System restore? Go back to when it was working right. SR has saved my arse numerous times.

I can't. It won't let me at all. If it has .msu at the end of it it says it doesn't apply to my computer. It did let me download part of the framework.

 

Can you use a different PC to download, then transfer on a USB stick?

I found a solution too that problem shortly after I posted that. Thanks for your help anyway. I should just send it in to Toshiba before the warranty is up.
