    Tonight, I tried to answer a question. It was the only one which I replied to, since this morning. I got an error:

    It took me more than 30 sec. to reply, let alone even reading two posts.
    I has never happened before.

    I never understood flood control for regular members.
    It may be some idea for members with less, than 5 posts, or so, but for others? What is it suppose to prevent?

    It is a "server" setting, not by usergroup.

    Yes there is. You suggested there should be individual (user group) levels, I told you there is only a 'system wide' level.
