    My browser of choice is Firefox and suddenly I cannot print anything from the Internet. I thought it was my printer, but I logged on to Windows Explorer and was able to print directly from the Internet. I can print saved documents and email messages, but that's all. How can I solve this?

    Hi Bluffer, What do you get in the way of a message why the printer wont work? I assume you are using XP? Neil.

    Yes, I have Windows XP. I get no message at all. The paper just passes through the printer without printing. I can print if I use IE, but I prefer Firefox, and that's where I have all my bookmarks, so would rather not change.

    Hi Diane, I Googled and found this reply to another user who had the same problem:
    * Open Firefox
    * in the Location Bar type about:config
    * scroll down to print.print_printer
    * Right-click it and select Reset
    * Restart Firefox.
    I tried this with mine and you will have to highlight the Address/Location Bar and then just type in about.config and hit enter. A warning comes up on the screen and you click on the warning to be careful, then it shows all processes. Just scroll down to the print.print_printer and Right click on it. A drop down box appears and you can then click on Reset. Then close Firefox by clicking on X (top right of screen) and open Firefox again and see if it has cured the problem.
    Lets know how you go. Neil.
