Donald Trask here. Age 80-retired from 35 exciting years at Lockheed Space Systems. I started out on the Univac 1103AF in 1980 and progressed to IBM 709, IBM 7090, IBM 7094 and then the 360 series. Also worked on CDC 7600, a series of smalled CDC machines then graduated to the VAX. At one time Lockheed (Corp) was buying 1% of DEC's VAX production.

After retirement, Ham Radio (KF6JMQ - General) and emergency services for the City of San Jose, CA. From there to digital photography, a hobby that both my wife and I enjoy together. I'm writing this looking out over the Columbia River Gorge near Hood River, OR. Photography vacation through the Cascades.

Veteran of the Korean War - US Army - I Corp artillery forward observer imbedded with the British Commonwealth Division. I tried war-I didn't like it.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS!

Beautiful scenery there right? I've visited many times, a friend of mine used to have a house in Rowena (right on the river) until last year...
