Hover over the first one. Hold down the Shift key and go to the last one. Click on it and it should highlight them all. If you just wanted to do certain ones, use the CTRL key instead.

    Hello MrBill,

I don't know how to display all the pictures at once. I only see one at a time and have to use the <> symbols at the bottom of the program to navigate. I have searched and searched for the program folder but I can't find it.

Right-click on one of the images being displayed and select "Properties." That will give you the path to the files. You can delete them en masse by browsing to that path.

MrBill and surferdude2, Thank you for the help. Both tips worked great. I was able to find the file locations and then delete everything en masse.

    Note to others:

Here is the path I got:
    C:\Documents and Settings\My Name \Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content...............

But you cannot follow that path step by step. e.g. C:\ ............ You will not get to a local settings folder. After right clicking on properties select the path and then copy/paste it into the browser address window (or whatever it is called). That will take you directly to the folder.

    Thanks again.
