Resolved Mouse speed changes w/ restart

    Each time I restart the computer the mouse speed is reset to the default (not my setting). How do I get it to hold the setting I give it?
    Control Panel/Pointer Options/Select pointer speed

    Is your mouse fancy enough to have come with a cd etc? And if so, have you installed it?

    Good question Steve.
    Yes, it has a CD - that as far as I know is installed. Will check it now.

    The CD is defective - go figure!
    I'll get a replacement and go from there.
    Assuming this is the problem, I'll make this "resolved ".
