    Great,

Now there's all the files involved in "windows installer" installation.

Now we have a few things we can do. Let's try this one:

First right click on the msinsti.msi and select install.

    Okay skip that for now.

Try double clicking on msiinst.exe and let it run.

Well it looks like we've come full circle. I think the problem may not be with the installer. Not sure where to go from here, other that safemode>rename install procedure that you've previously tried.

I need to take a break from this and step away from problem for breather.

This is the second day in my attempt to quite smoking and my skin is crawling and nerves are shot. I am finding this problem extremely frustrating and the desire for a cigarette is getting stronger by the thread. See you in a bit :)

I couldn't quit if my life depended on it! Which, I guess it does! LOL Well, more power to you, I wish you luck! Go take a good break and if any ideas pop into your head we'll talk later. I'll find your post! Personally I couldn't handle your job. It wouldn't be long and I'd start pushing people around, kicking, pulling their hair, biteing them! I'd end up choking somebody! LOL Don't even catch me on a bad day! LOL I KED, I KED! SEE YA!

    Good morning goddez1,
I hope you’re feeling better today! I know your under a lot of stress so if you want to blow me off for more easier problems to help fix, I’ll understand! You have already gone above and beyond the call of duty as far as I’m concerned. I’ll keep going if you want to but at this point, I can’t ask you to!

I don’t know if I can get away with this here, but as a parting gift to thank you for all your help I thought I’d try and put one last smile on your face to show my appreciation for your effort! In light of your new undertaking (quitting smoking) I rewrote a song by THE MIAMI SOUND MACHINE called SMUGGLERS BLUES! I call it THE SMOKER’S BLUES. I HOPE YOU LIKE IT and Again THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP! SEE YA!

    THE SMOKER’S BLUES

They’ll be trouble on the street tonight,
I can feel it in my bones.

    I had a premonition,
That she should not quit alone
I knew her pack was empty
    But I didn't think she'd kill

    Everything exploded,
And the blood began to spill.

    So Lady, here's another pack,
Just hold it in your hand.
    Here's a brand new lighter,
Just incase you can’t quit the way you planed.

She held that pack for hours
But it was more than she could stand.

Well I'm sorry it went down like that,
The odds are that you’d lose,
    It's the nature of addiction,
    It's the smoker’s blues.
    The smokers Blues

    The politicians are the criminals,
    With these new tax laws,
They rip off and they slip off,
    With money nobody saw.

No matter if it’s a brand name,
Non menthol, or in a can you can not smash,
    You've got to carry weapons
Because it now cost a lot of cash.

They’ll be lots of shady characters,
They’ll be lots of dirty deals.
Every name will be an alias
    In case somebody squeals.
If your caught trying to save money,
Then the courts will rob you like its no big deal.

    Perhaps you'd understand it better
    Standing in our shoes,
    It's the ultimate addiction,
    It's the smoker’s blues,
    The smoker’s blues.

You see it in the headlines,
    You hear it every day.
They say it’s gonna kill us,
But they can’t make it go away.

They grow it on the east cost, and some out near L.A.,
They tax it up and sell it,
I mean it’s here to stay.

It's propping up the government, in the state and federal too,
If you complain about the taxes,
They’ll laugh and say there’s nothing' you can do,
From the office of the President,
Right down to me and you,
It’s up to Me and you.

    (shotgun pump)
It may be a losing proposition,
    But one we shouldn’t refuse.
    (shotgun blast)
    It's the nature of addiction,
    It's the smoker’s blues,
    Smoker’s blues.
