When I had Windows XP, I could have names appear on my screensaver images. I now have Vista SP1 and cannot find where to check to have the names appear in Screen Savings Setting.

Thank you - I checked out the 3D Text but that is not what I am talking about. What I want is for the caption that is already on each image to appear on the screen saver as each image appears.

    HI KL2u,

I'm afraid I'm going to have have to pass the torch on this one. Sorry, but I have no idea what it is your looking for. I don't use them, never used them and can go so far as to say I find them a nuisance. My screensavers have never had a caption that I'm aware of. I must admit you've got me curious though. If you figure it out please update this post.

    Watermarks????

Some function in a 3rd party product:

    -------------------
Scratching my head here because I'm just not clearly understanding what it is your looking for. When you say your screensaver showed names, what do you mean by the term "names "? What names?

If you mean the "my pics" slideshow, in XP you could have the name of the file display on the screen. AFAIK, that option does not exist in Vista. If you use the sidebar, you can click a pic and open it, then save it to a new location. (I do that when one rolls around that I've forgotten.)
