We have a HP 1315 all in one series printer. My husband just bought a new gateway laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium. I can not find the correcy drivers to download so that he can use the printer. I have went to the HP site but dont see anything for Windows Vista Home Premium just Windows Vista and Vista 64 bit. I tried the vista but after hour and half of downloading got an error saying cant finish. Can someone help? Thank you!

Home Premium comes in 64 bit and 32 bit

I have a laptop running Vista Home Premium 64 bit and a desktop running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. I have downloaded the drivers from the HP website numerous times, but recently I could not. I got a message that said it timed out, so I had to use the disc that came with my printer. I was going to send you a link to the driver but I don't know if you have 32 bit or 64 bit and I don't know if you have a 1315, or 1315V or 1315xi. If you can't determine which one you have you might try emailing their tech support team (aio_support_en@mail.support.hp.com). Or the easiest thing might be to call HP Shopping.com (888-999-4747) and ask them to sell you a cd with the driver on it. I've been told they don't charge very much for their software, just enough to cover shipping charges. Good luck.
