My wife is an employee at Lowes and for the past several nights she has tried to log onto her MyLowesLife account to make some changes. Here is the message we get:

    Status:500 Internal Server Error

Description: The origin web server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fullfilling the request. Please try your request again.

We have tried over, and over and over for several days now.Any help with what this means and what I can do to solve it?

    Thanks

The error message seems to say it is a problem on the Lowes server side. She should try connecting using a different computer, and I would suggest she asks if she can logon through one of the computers where she works.

    Hi paintpearl,

Sorry I'm not aware of Lowes protocols, but at one of my previous employments we were only permitted to log in from work for security reasons. The error strongly indicates that it is Lowes' server which is refusing the connection. In short there is not much you or your wife can do other than ask Lowes' IT to look at the problem

    Thanks for the information.

She used to be able to log in from home so I will get her to ask the IT at Lowes about it.
