Final Fantasy XI crashing during update

    After reinstalling windows fresh, and updating all window drivers. I go to update my game, final fantasy XI, a online mmorpg. Has large update files, and as soon as it starts to download, My computer crashes or the program closes. I have done a memory dump.

    Ive tried to reinstall the newest Direct x drivers to no avail, I have also tried several differant ATI DRIVERS.

    Specs are amd athlon1500, ati radeon x1300 series, soundblaster audigy2 soundcard.

    Havent I done everything youve asked for in that post? Correct me if im wrong.

    No. You didn't run it through our tool, which will show much more information.

    ok reread that post and did just what you said, but for some strange reason I cant find the debuglog.txt, it says its saving it to my hard drive, but I cant find it, Ive even done a deep search for it. Anyway after trying to recreate the crash, now the program is saying Ntsokrnl.exe might be the problem, O jeeze ; ;
