Firefox vs IE for reading Hotmail

    Hello to everyone:
    For the past week I've not been able to open or delete emails from Hotmail. Yesterday this was corrected using IE as browser, but my preference is to use Firefox, which does not really permit me to use Hotmail as an email program. (I have other email addresses but Hotmail is useful). Does anyone have a solution, or even an explanation?

    Have you tried the IETab addon for Firefox?

    As for reason, IE can be a little more forgiving with borked webpages, whereas Firefox (correctly so) throws an error. It's also been known for certain websites to deny access to web browsers other than IE.
