I live in Canada and am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 (SP3) on Windows XP SP2. Each time I go to add a new contact, the country field defaults to United States of America. Most of my new contacts are located in Canada. It is a nuisance to have to manually change that all the time. Is there a way to set/change the default new contact country to Canada? I've searched and googled and have not been able to come up with the answer. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Look in Control Panel->Regional Settings->what Country is listed there?

In Standards and formats, it's English (United States) but in Location it's Canada.

I tested and can't change the default either. Must be a glitch with Outlook.
