The Title says it all, I can not get Media Share to turn on. I click on Change and nothing happens. On another installation it works just fine. Anyone have a cure??

Make sure, that following services are running, and set to be started automatically at startup:
    - Windows media player network sharing services
    - SSDP Discovery Service
    - Universal Plug & Play device host

SSDP was manual and started, I changed it to Automatic. No difference
