    hi

    I am facing one problem in Microsoft office 2003 when i click on Microsoft word or outlook 2003 it hangs. Action taken by me I reinstalled the application microsoft office 2003 with service pack 3 But still the problem occurs.I checked the event below but could not find the solution for this problem.


    Hanging Application winword.exe version 11.0.8169 hang module hung app version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0*00000000.

    hi

    microsoft office 2003 does not prompt me to start the microsoft office 2003 in safe mode. If there is any corrupted file issue or registry issue it will automatically prompt for a safe mode

    yes i can start Microsoft outlook 2003 in Safe mode and also winword in safe mode
