internet explorer cannot open the internet site http://webmail---operation

    i am not facing this problem in only one website but also in other websites. And also i have checked the websites on other computers it is working fine .

    Do a repair or reset of IE. Which version of IE? Have you tried disabling Add-ons?

    I checked the event "Faulting Application IE explorer.exe version 6.0 faulting module rpbrowserrecordplugin.dll version 1.0.1.45 fault address 0*0000455a event id 1000. After checking Event id i tried to disable this addon but could not found this addon

    That's from RealPlayer Download and Record Plugin.

    Now how to resolve this problem shall i reinstall Real Player

    I would start by removing (uninstalling) the Real software. Then I check & see if that solves the problem.

    If it does, next step is the reinstall the Real software, but only if you have a need for it.

    what i am trying to say that i uninstalled the application, i completely removed the application but still i am facing the same problem

    So you need to look further. Did you disable all Add-ons in IE?

    No idea what you mean by that. Just disable all add-ons.

    Reinstall IE6.

    • From the Start menu, select Run
    • In the Open field, type sfc /scannow and press OK
    • Follow the prompts throughout the System File Checker process (you may need your Windows CD.
    • Reboot the computer when System File Checker completes
