I need to work on 2 profiles with Microsoft Outlook 2003. (I am not talking about working on two Personal Folders.)

Currently I can only open one profile at a time. When I need to work on another profile, I need to exit and run Outlook, then choose another profile. Sometimes if I re-open too quickly, the last Outlook instant will open without asking me to choose a profile, or even not asking me to give the password.

How can I work on two profile on two seperate windows? If Outlook 2003 is not capable, can Outlook 2007 do it?

If you count to 5 or 10 before reopening Outlook does the problem go away?

If so, count to 5 or 10.

Yes, Steve. I usually get a cup of tea before reopening Outlook.

But more importantly, I need to access two profiles at the same time. I don't want a chance to mix up the mails.

Any one has an answer to me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Steve,

It doesn't work. I restart the computer and I can enter Outlook with a new profile which uses a password protected personal folder. Outlook 2003 doesn't ask me any password.

If I add the personal folder to an existing profile, I need to enter password.

So, I think it's a security problem of Outlook 2003.

What is the path to report it to Microsoft?
