File Types! | Icon | Open not

lol i wanted to change my folder icon so i went in to do that..

tools=>folder options=>file types=> and found 2 icons that looked like folder but when i went on the upper one i culd change but now every time i try to open a folder i goes to seach in that folder...

and i was gona like make a open so i made a new one and made it go to explorer.exe.. that was smart.. now it opens a new folder every time.. how do i reset this??? please help
