    Kiba666 - Welcome to the Board :)
Do you mean that when you boot up the computer you are given a choice of Operating Systems on a black screen with white text ?

    How did you reinstall Windows?

    Please answer this question.
Did you boot from the CD or install while Windows was running?

You clearly made a slip up when reinstalling Windows.

First question - is your hard drive a single partition or two or more? Look in Windows Explorer. For a single partition you will see A:\ if you have a floppy, C:\ is the main drive\partition, D:\ would be the DVD/CD drive and E:\ may be a DVD/CD drive too if you have more than one optical drive. Post your drive letters and description.

Do you see two Windows folders in Windows Explorer and what are their names.

When we have this basic information and establish which Windows you are using we can get rid of the other one.

I have one partition "C:\" (the other directories are standard A-floppy D-cd/dvd ) , I made a full system format from the CD in the startup from the windows installer and it removed the old system from the HD with all other files and everything is working properly except 4 the system start up where i have 2 choose from 2 windows XP home edition systems it just disturbs me...

To remove the choice of operating systems on startup requires that the boot.ini be edited .....

    Please do the following .....

Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery - Settings button

Under System Startup click on the Edit button - boot.ini opens in Notepad

Edit > Select all, Edit > Copy and paste the copied text into your next post here.
