Searching Windows Live Mail Contacts

    I upgraded to Windows Live Mail from Outlook Express 6 about a week ago.

    It imported almost all my settings & user information correctly & is working ok but for one thing - I cannot access my Contacts without opening Live Mail - there is no shortcut or any other program to access those.

    Secondly, I would like to search & access the Contacts & my mail from some personal Desktop search tools like Copernicus, Google or Windows Desktop Search but none of these programs are indexing or accessing the mails or contacts.

    Can anybody show me some way or am I doing something wrong ?

    Windows Orb (Start) > type contacts and press Enter.

    Maybe in Vista but what about XP ? I am using Windows XP.
