Window Installer

Help please. I recently removed several programs that I no longer used. Symantec and Roxio DVD burner. However, whenever I boot up I get a "windows installer" pop up that says, "the feature you are trying to use is on a CD rom or other removeable device that is not available.

Insert..blah,blah,blah...and click ok.

It then has a zero in the "use source" window.

The only way I can then operate my computer is to go to task manager to kill the pop up. However whenever i attempt to load anything else, these pop up keep coming up and preventing me from loading what i need to load.

If anyone can help it would be very appreciated?

Download and run the Windows Installer Cleanup tool. It has helped others in your situation.
