How to remove "regsvr.exe" completely from windows-xp

    My computer is infected witn regsvr.exe, it is been hiding at C:Windows\system32 folder, as a result a warning is being displayed "file RUNDLL is deleted and this make my pc, slow during startup. Even, i manually deleted the regsvr.exe file, it is again beind generated after the restart. Also when ever in connect a PEN-DRIVE USB, Newfolder.exe is generated and cannot be deleted. What should i do to free up from this problem.
