Hi guys... is there anyway to set up an auto out of office reply with Outlook 2003 without using the MS Exchanger Server?

    Thanks

    Thanks very much! Can you....

Can you give me a step by step guide on how to do that? Thanks

When you mention that the PC must be left on... do you mean that I cant turn off the PC or I cant log off and that the Outlook must be open?

    TIA

    Bruce

Steve... I can switch users so the Outlook can remain running...

So this way, when I am out of town I can do the auto reply... All I need from you is to give me a step-by-step guide :)

    Thanks

    Bruce

Are you going out of the office AND taking the pc with you?

Click on Tools->Rules and alerts. It's fairly easy to figure out how to add.

You could also probably do it on the web based mail from your ISP. Most have many features that are present in Mail programs that are on our PC's.

    This is what I mean.
I have Embarq for my ISP. I can go straight to Embarq and check my mail from anyplace that I want to. I can delete, forward, reply, set up rules what to do with mail etc. Then when I get home, I can download what is there as long as I didn't delete it. Anything that I forwarded or replied to can still be downloaded when I get home.
