   Yes, but you would need to use third party software in your edition.
   
   Windows Fax and Scan is included only in the Business and Ultimate Editions.

   I was miffed to find no fax in Vista Home Premium but at the time (about a year ago) the consensus on the MS Vista Forum was that Snappy Fax was very good and I have used it quite happily. From:
