We have an issue here in our tech support group regarding doing remote assistance from the company network to a computer outside the company(let say my brother's personal computer) and vice versa using my computer at home doing remote assistance on one of the company computers.
I do believe that there is no problem sending\asking remote assisstance to/from my brother's computer from/to my computer at home. i'M NOT sURE under infrastracture network. One tech said it not that easy, the other said it depends upon the ISP.

Most ISP's won't care or won't even know it. Hope none are on Dialup as this could be a problem.

You will most likely be running into firewall issues. Corporate networks usually have restricted firewall rules in place that won't allow the necessary ports for RA to work (3389).
