Alright, so I installed Vista 32-bit on the new 200GB MAIN HD that's in the regular HD spot. I have my old 100GB drive in the what IBM/Lenovo call Ultrabay tray. Genius innovation...The way I do it is do a complete copy of the CD contents to a HD, as it installs 100x faster. I've already done the same with the Vista 64-bit CD in anticipation of installing the Core 2 Duo this week. ;) Full versions come with both 32 and 64-bit CD's. So it always says NTKRNL.EXE missing, and I ALWAYS had to hit F12 to boot from HDD1 EVERY time it rebooted!???? And every time I want to boot into the new installation on my new 200GB HD, I have to hit F12 and boot from there. :( :(

I installed it FROM my old drive, but the boot order is HDD0 (main 200GB drive), and HDD1 (old 100GB drive, but it will only ever boot from there)...........

Before I customize and re-install all apps on my new drive, can someone PLEASE HELP ME and let me know if I should (can?) simply copy the boot record from HDD1 to HDD0 (see above), or if I should re-install Vista YET AGAIN!?Confused!! Wouldn't bother me so much NOW, but not LATER when I will have it all configured and activated, as well as apps installed.

    Thanks!!!!! :)

You could probably run Vista's bootloader....I'd just do it the good ol fashion way and install directly off the dvd;)
