I think that Vista Ultimate can but don't quote me on that.

Yup, not with Home Premium. Vista Ultimate will let you install an English language package.

Yes, Ultimate-only. One question. I have two Vista Business licenses, one OEM, one FULL. If I install Ultimate and then activate it, but with a Vista Business key, will it KEEP the two languages or delete it??? I have a second Ultimate key, but an it's an OEM (but also NOT Upgrade) which I would like to keep for myself, as I will set up my quad-boot system later this week...;)

More then likely it will not let you activate an installed Ultimate version with a Business key.

True. I can confirm that it won't. I can't even use my Ultimate key on Home Basic, which I don't understand at all.

When you install, you have to install it as the Vista version you are going to use. If you don't put a key in when installing, it clearly states that you should choose the correct version.

Normally inputting the key will tell the installer which variety to Vista you are installing.
