Sync data on winxp pro systems

    I have 3 winxp pro systems which contain copies of the same data which i manually copy the data over to each system, but it's getting tiresome :(

    What would be the best way to sync data by folders selected or partitions selected on 3 pcs which are on an local home LAN connected via a hardware ADSL router ? particularly if it can be done unattended via software ?
