Running XP, SP3, 1gig of memory, with U-verse.

A search of the net for mcciservicehost showed that this was a problem and
could use 100% of available memory making the PC extremely slow.
The advice was to disable this service and delete any AT&T support folders.

I did that but the memory still is in the max usage range mostly without being
on the internet. Memory usage will free up occasionly but still hits 100% most
    of the time.

    Looking for problem suggestions....

    thanks,

I found this and some other very similar threads relating to the same problem of 100% memory use. As you have already tried the suggestions and still have big memory use going on, what else is using the memory?
