    Hi,

I want to know when I have changed or added or removed the hardwares like RAM, HDD & etc in the XP machine. Is there any entry in the Registry to find out when the RAM increased or decreased from the machine.

    Thanks in Advance,

    Kumar

Hi Kumar and welcome to WindowsBBS :)

None that I know of, sounds like a job for a hardware history/maintenance list.

    ie, keep notes yourself.

I'm curious though, why would you want to do this?

I've been known to write/type notes like Windows keycodes and hardware purchase date/warranty info and tape the paper to inside on the bottom of the case.
