    Error Message
    I get this as follows:-

    Error Copying File or Folder
I get this when trying to backup my shared documents folder onto a pen drive using the send function. The folder is just under 1GB and the pen drive 4GB.
The message says cannot copy{49963EE-202C-4468-874C-198A9E0BC058}:It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

I cannot find this file using search or google search. It prevents the further sending of the folder and there seems nothing I can do.

    Any help please?

    Nick

Have you tried using a right click to drag and drop the file using windows explorer and then select copy.

The problem file is unlikely to be of any use as it is not in the system. Try moving it (just incase it is needed elsewhere) to another folder (not in the ones you are trying to copy). And just incase it is malicious scan it with anti virus and malware.
