Creating bootable ISO cd

I have an XP SP2 cd. I would like to make one with SP3 added to it for reinstallation and repair uses. I read all these directions on line about 2 or 3 pages long. Can't I just install the cd to the desktop then SP3 and send them both to an ISO burning program and create a cd?

Well that answers my question. Thanks for the replies. I also have a program called Autostreamer that seems easy to use.
