I have added a second hard drive to my computer from my other computer; however when I open documents and settings and click on the various account folders in there on this second hard drive the following message is displayed:

"E:\Documents and Settings\(name of folder) is not accessible access is denied "

Also if I just hover the cursor over the folder it says that the accounts folders are empty.

I am able to open the All Users folder and open the shared documents folder which has various things saved in there.
I can also open many other folders such as program files on the E drive.
