changed domain to workgroup, can't login.

I changed a computer running XP Pro from domain to workgroup and cannot login. Since the change I discovered that the original sysadmin has disabled all local logins, including administrator. Is there any fix?

If you have the Windows CD and the Product Key, you can run a "repair reinstall".
