Service Executable has encountered a problem and need to close

I have a user that left his PC idle for some time and on coming back to use it, he meet this error message on the screen "Service Executable has encountered a problem and need to close"
Is there any one with a clue of the solution?

If you can't recreate the error - it's hard to know if anything you try fixed it or not...Odds are it was just a fluke.

I totally agree with you. We can understand that some glitches on a PC can cause it to temporarilly behave abnormally but it is difficult to convice some users.
Thanks once again for your input.
