Please help! virus's, lots of cpu usage, bunch of processes running

    Im sure i got some viruses and my computer is going pretty slow compared to how it was running when i first got it im a gamer and my computer is built towards gaming i dont have good virus protection know anywhere i can get some good free ones but all these processes are eating up my cpu usage its running up to 90 percent i was wondering if i can get it running better? Is there any hope for my computer?
