I upgraded from windows xp to xp pro on a domain and now I can't connect to the internet. I can ping yahoo, etc and flusched dns and allit gives me is an error message, something about can't find port.Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Check this setting:
Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings button. If "Use Proxy server...." is checked, uncheck it while you connecting at home (off the domain).
