    Hi,

I successfully removed the Antivirus XP 2008 malware program a few hours ago from my Windows XP Professional system (SP2, version 2002). However, I still have a message embedded on my desktop that says "Warning Spyware detected on your computer. Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer." How can I get my Windows XP desktop (theme) restored? Also, when I choose Control Panel>Appearances & Themes>, I have only 3 tabs - "Themes ", "Appearance ", "Settings ", instead of the usual 5 tabs - "Themes ", "Desktop ", "Screen Saver ", "Appearance ", and "Settings ".

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance,

    George
