One option would be to create a batch file using command line scanning parameters, then create a scheduled task to run the batch file at the specified time. After creating the task (or during creation using advanced settings), enable the setting 'Wake the computer to run this task'.

You could also just create a task to run anything (play a sound, open and close a command window, whatever) a minute or two prior to the scanning schedule you setup in the Eset GUI, then apply the same 'wake up' setting for the task.

    Some helpful Scheduled Tasks articles.
