help and support XP service

I cannot now find the "help and support" service when I click it.

To reinstall Help and Support: Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose install. Have your XP install CD handy.

The folder is hidden by default so do the following to allow it to be displayed:

Go to Start/Run and type in: control folders. The click the View Tab and place a check mark in "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types. "
