Does anybody have any idea why this occurs at startup.

TFncKy.exe file information (This is not a Windows file)

If you are running Toshiba notebook and file path is correct (possible malware camouflage), you could try removing file from startup group (for test purposes). This could / would remove some of your Fn key / combinations. If file requires replace/reinstall, may want to contact Toshiba support

 

I don’t know if this will help but try to start your notebook in "˜safe mode’ and remove TOSHIBA Controls tool. After doing this restart the unit and install it again.

I am running Toshiba laptop. I cannot find tfncky.exe in the startup. I looked at the file and its properties show its not spyware.

 

Update

Well I fooled around and decided to take some other stuff out of startup and this problem disappeared. If I have anymore problems, I will obviously update you.
