What are $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ files?

Mine is not a problem really, just a curiosity.
In my C:\Windows\ directory there are about 150 directories named $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$.
What are them? Can I cancel all this stuff ? Thanks, Paolo

Please observe Posting Rules #3 - Meaningful Subject - I have adjusted your title.

The files you reference are the uninstall files for the MS updates, hotfixes, etc that can be uninstalled. If you are certain that you would never want to uninstall any of these they can be safely deleted.

I have removed your email address to prevent it being harvested by spammers.
