Windows XP won't allow me to delete these folders

I own the Nike PSA 120 player. I installed the audio manager that was included with the player. Then, sonicblue released a new version of the audio manager a few days ago so I uninstalled and installed the new version. However, my problem is that I am unable to remove some the old files from that Nike release. I am unable to delete in windows explorer the folder Nike... audio manager...CDDB... soundtrack every time I go to delete these no longer needed files my computer says cannot read from the source file or disc or cannot delete soundtrack: cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.

I cantacted support and they don't even know how to get rid of their own files... I am hoping someon eon ehre can help.

One other strange thing aobut this is that these files have check marks by read only and properties but the box is greyed... I click the greyed out box and uncheck it. This will allow me to rename the file but not delete then when I come back later and the read-only option box is checked again. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Can you take ownership of the folder?

As a shot in the dark, you might try opening a cmd window and using rmdir /s (remove directory) to get rid of the folder and contents.
