Generic Host Process Win32 Service has encountered an error and needs to close

I am having the following error appearing after I turn on my computer. Generic Host Process Win32 Service has encountered an error and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience. I have downloaded and run spybot search and destroy and removed files it asked me to. I have also run adaware which did not pick up any errors. I have copied the log file from hyjacker which is below.

I hope someone can help.
Also I am not sure wheter this is part of the problem or another error altogether but I use firefox and internet explorer and bother will get errors and will need to close and I am unable to open them again until I reboot.
