Are you having update problems?
It should still be in *:\windows\downloaded programs files folder, at least mine is. Have you disabled the use Ie plugins? You could look at the activex plugins list via IE's tools>internet options>history settings>"view object" button. This will show the list of plugins you have and if "muwebcontrol class" is present it will be in the list.

It's been so long since I patched MSOffice that I forgot about this alternate or second update option. Same theory applies though, except you'll be going
